Our Company
C&S Engineering Management Sdn Bhd (CSEM) was incorporated on the 15th of December 1995. It’s current issued and paid-up capital is Ringgit Malaysia Two Million (RM2,000,000.00).
The company is in the construction business and have successfully completed works ranging from interior works and fit-outs to bungalows infrastructure works and mass housing with a cumulative contract value exceeding RM300 million. We also specialize in design and build projects as well as project management services.
The company is registered with CIDB under Category G7 for Civil & Structural Works (0120021114- WP077312). CSEM has also achieved the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and MS ISO 9001:2008 Certification by the NAQ Global Assurance for the provision of building and civil engineering construction services.
Core Business
With G7 being the highest of classifications, means CSEM can tender and undertake contracts of unlimited value. In alignment with these capabilities, the value of projects that are received and completed increases day to day and CSEM always delivers. Mass housing is CSEM’s specialization and core strength, but other type of structures we have designed and built.
